There are days at work that you actually wish you had something to work on... today is one of those days. Well it has been a while since I've written anything anywhere including my journal... I am WAY behind and I use to do daily entries. Well I was thinking recently of something I was taught and thought it would be good to implement it into my life again. Studies show it takes 21 days (consecetive) to form a habit (good or bad). I don't really have any bad habits to get rid of, but I have been lazy in a few areas I would like to improve and a few new habits I would like to improve.
1. Daily Prayer (Morning and Night)
2. Daily Scripture Study
3. Wake up 20 minutes earlier
4. Walk with Evelyn to park or post office (daily)
5. Exercise 3 times a week
I've created a calander to keep track of how I do. I'm hoping my husband will be the good modivator I need him to be. Got to have faith in myself :)
In other news... Evelyn will be ONE in less than a month! I can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. I'm planning a little birthday party for her, but I can't decided if I want to make it Halloween themed or not. My dad and grandparents will be coming in to town the weekend before her B-day so that's when I want to do it. I can't wait! Actually October is going to be a very busy month. On the 10th we are going to 6 Flags Discovery Kingdom and then on the weekend of the 23rd my Best friends Jessica and Jaleh are flying in for the weekend! And some where in all this activity I want to plan a trip to Apple Hill. I need some yummy yummy apple cider :) My life is full of adventure!
